The desktop application is essential for sync functionality and must be installed on the system where Tally or Busy is stored.


Where your CredFlow desktop application should be installed

  1. The CredFlow desktop application should be installed on the Admin system
  2. If Tally or Busy is on a server, the CredFlow desktop application should be installed on the server system (specifically the admin system)
  3. In cases of multi-user Tally or Busy, the desktop application should be installed on the main system
  4. If Tally is on the cloud, the desktop application should be installed on the cloud


 If the desktop application is already installed, updating is just one click away


  1. Open CredFlow desktop application
  2. Refresh once by clicking ctrl + R
  3. Click on Restart button to update the desktop application
