To add a company to CredFlow, please follow these steps:


Step 1: Download Desktop Application from app.credflow.in and in the bottom choose download desktop app for Tally
(Note: This must be downloaded in the system where tally is installed)



Step 2: Open Tally and check if the company is open in tally.

  • Ensure that the company you are trying to sync is open in Tally.
  • If the company is not open, then it is required to open the company in tally along with the CredFlow desktop application so that data can be synced automatically


Step 3: Verify ODBC Port Settings: 


  • Check if the ODBC port is correctly configured in both Tally and the CredFlow desktop application
  • Ensure that the port numbers match in both applications



Follow the below steps to check the port in Tally:

  • Go into Tally press F1 (Help) -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Client/Server Configuration
  • Select the following options,
    • Tally Prime acts as:  Both
    • Enable ODBC serverYes
    • Port: sample (9001 / 9002 / 9003)


  • Then Press Ctrl-A to Save the setting and then it will automatically restart your Tally



  • Open the CredFlow desktop app
  • Go to Settings -> Enter tally port no. as 9000 the same which was configured in tally, and Save the settings.



Step 4: Go to Add New Company



Step 5: Select the company which is created in Tally


Step 6:  Sync this company with Credflow



Note: Ensure that the port number in Tally and the CredFlow desktop application is the same. You can follow this solution article to check and update the port number if needed.
