The History Section shows you information about all the remainders sent and the tasks created relating to a particular debtor.

 

You get detailed information (amount promised to be paid, date & notes related to the tasks) of all the tasks created. You also get a detailed record (number/ email on which the reminder was sent, date and time of the reminder, status of the reminder) of all the reminders sent. 

 

The link which was sent in the WhatsApp and SMS can be tracked, whether the debtor has opened it or not. This record helps you in minimizing any chances of disputes later on with the debtor.
