Tasks in CredFlow are used to keep track of future payment promises by the debtor. Traditionally this is managed in a diary/excel sheet, and mostly the team forgets to follow up on the promised date resulting in delayed payments.

To create a New Task:

  • Click on the Collect menu.

  • Then click on the Overdue tile.

  • After that, click on the Detailed Summary button or the Ageing Summary button.

  • In the right-most corner, you will see an Add Task Icon.

  • Click on the Icon.

It is also available in the top right corner of the CRM menu.

You can enter the amount & date on which the payment is promised and add relevant task details for you to remember during the follow-up.

You can send a Reminder on Task Date and send an Acknowledgment Now. This will ensure the debtor knows about the task entered. On the task date, you will get an email report with all the tasks to be completed on that day, and automatically a reminder is also sent on the mail/SMS to the debtor.

You can view all the tasks created from the CRM menu and under the History option.
