To update/add Customer details

  • Click on the Collect menu.

  • Then click on the Overdue tile.

  • After that, click on the Detailed Summary button or the Ageing Summary button.

  • In the right-most corner, you will see an Edit Contact Icon.

  • Click on the Icon.

 

 

The following options can be inputted in the order given in the list

  • Payment Terms can be added here if they have not been put in Tally.

  • Each debtor can be assigned to any one of the Account Managers. This will also allow them to view the outstanding invoices, etc., for this debtor and follow-up accordingly. If you can't see the Account Manager on the list - you will need to invite them first.

  • Automated Reminders are sent via E-mail, SMS, and IVR call, for which you can choose frequency-wise or date-wise reminders.

  • You can choose to activate Credit Control. An email will be sent to the admin and account manager if the invoice is created to a debtor with pending invoices more than the accepted limit of the number of days and/or more than the accepted limit of the outstanding amount set.

  • We can add Max Five Contact Details for a ledger name. If contact details are already added in the Tally, then these are automatically synced here.
