Step 1: Incase of invalid Email or Password Error in your desktop app you need to recheck the details mentioned by you. 



Step 2: Check if proper details are mentioned , If the issue still persists reset your password by following the below steps


Step 3: If you have forgot your password then you can reset it from https://app.credflow.in/ you will receive the mail to reset your password on your registered email id with CredFlow




Step 4: Once you have reset your password you can try to login again.
