Tally Connected but showing other companies or no companies at all

Check if there are multiple windows opened.
If yes, close all Tally windows and restart Tally.
Load the company in Tally.
Refresh the desktop application in Add Company from here.
You will see the connected status list of companies are loaded in tally but are not yet synced with us.
This list does not include companies already synced with us.
