• Account manager is the sales/accounts team you have invited to your CredFlow account.

  • Invite extra account managers and manage existing account managers from here.

  • First user is the admin user. Other users can be invited through their email.

  • You can give different permission for each account manager based on their data requirement to functional efficiently.

  • You can limit the debtor info accessibility to all or assigned and toggle buttons to give or restrict access to payables, Settings Page, Bank Details, Reports and Receipt Approval access.

  • You can also create groups of account managers to efficiently manage the task. We create an account managers group and by default we get the group of all the accounts assigned to those account managers.

  • Groups are helpful in cases where you have your operations in Multiple cities and dedicated account managers responsible for Sales and Collection in that particular region.

 

For Example- If I have 1000 debtors, 600 in Delhi NCR and 400 Mumbai and accordingly 6 Account Managers in Delhi and 4 in Mumbai.

I can add 10 account managers and assign them their respective debtors. Afterwards I can create one group for Delhi NCR and add all the managers in Delhi NCR region to this group and one group for Mumbai and add the remaining accountant managers in this group.
