Can I change the SMS/WhatsApp/E-mail format which is sent to debtors?

Click on the Settings option at the top right of the CredFlow Browser App
Scroll down to the IVR, SMS, and WhatsApp Settings.
Click on Add Custom SMS Body to change the text body of an SMS.
Click on Add Custom WhatsApp Body to change the text body of WhatsApp.
(Changing the body of SMS reminders is not advised, as the new template needs to be approved by the DLT on our sender ID.)
For E-Mail
Scroll down to the Mail Settings.
Click on Add Custom Mail body to change the text body of a Mail.
