Is it possible that I receive a copy of the messages/emails sent to my clients from the CredFlow application so that I ensure it is being sent?

You can CC yourself and the account manager assigned to that debtor by enabling CC option from mail settings in the Settings option on CredFlow browser app. If you want to add more users from your organisation to receive the mails, you can do it by adding their contacts in customer contacts (you can add up to 5 contacts per customer).
