After syncing with the Tally, only some of my contacts are added automatically to CredFlow, while some are not. Why?

We pick mobile number data from the Mobile tab in the ledger contact details and E-mail from the E-mail tab. If you entered a mobile number in the phone tab, please add that to the mobile section available below the phone section. Also, make sure that you entered only 10 digits mobile number without any space in between the numbers.
