CRM menu gives you all the information about the tasks created.

 

Open Tasks show the task whose due date has passed, but the payment has not yet been received as promised.

 

If the payment is received, the team can mark the task scheduled as done, and it will be transferred to the Closed Task.

 

Upcoming Tasks show the tasks scheduled for future dates.>

 

If the debtor informs about the further delay in payment, the task date can be changed to manage it effectively and send a reminder again on the next day.

 

You can also create new tasks by clicking on the Add New Task on the top right of the page.
