Create a payment receipt from the option available at the bottom right corner in the Collect Screen or from the Sales menu option.

 

These receipts created can be marked against the pending invoices according to your choice.

 

Also, you can view the details and status of the payment receipts created in Credflow. This is available under the Create Receipts button under the Sales menu option.

 

 

Note:

Receipts created will be auto-synced in Tally using the CredFlow Desktop app. It will be added as an Optional Voucher in Daybook in Tally, which can be approved by the accounts team to convert it into a Regular Voucher.

 

It gives the Sales team flexibility to create the payment receipt and also, at the same time, ensures only the verified data is entered in the Tally as Voucher.
